McKendree University Seeks Head Men’s & Women’s Water Polo Coach
McKendree University is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to serve as a full-time head coach for the Men’s and Women’s Water Polo teams.
Men’s and Women’s Water Polo began its inaugural season in the fall of 2016 and has a practice/competition pool at the newly constructed McKendree Metro Rec-Plex.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and collegiate coaching experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting student athletes to participate at the NCAA Division II level, managing the operational budget of the program, assuming responsibility of overseeing the development of the in-season schedule and out-of-season practices and workout arrangements, and maintaining compliance with all NCAA Division II guidelines and regulations. Travel required.
