Half court shot by Molthen to end the 3rd was something. UCLA has to beat Stanford now.

UCLA could be the 1 seed with a win or out with a loss. Pretty wild

Re: CIF Regional Water Polo Championships

Yorba Linda's great season came to an end against REV, 6-8 and Oaks Christian beat Alta Loma 15-10 in the other. This final is a real toss up to me. Oaks has been all over the place this season. I'll pick them anyway. Oaks Christian ended the year with a nice run and is now Regional Champs as, beat...

Re: 2021 Season

UCSB was the biggest disappointment of the season. I had high hopes after their strong 2019 season. This team clearly lost momentum after not playing the Covid season. I don’t know what happened to Danny Roland, but he went from one of the top goalies to a complete after thought. I thought Wolf was ...

Primary Criteria:

Head to head

RPI

Re: 2021 Season

I don’t see how UCLA doesn’t make NCAA’s even if they lose to Stanford tomorrow. All their loses would be road loses. They played SC to one goal on the road and then beat them at a neutral site. I don’t know the criteria they use, but UCLA’s blowout loss to Cal was bad for their resume. I wouldn’t ...

Which MPSF teams make the NCAAs if Stanford wins the MPSF tournament tomorrow:

If Cal beats USC?

If USC beats Cal?

If USC beat Cal I think UCLA would be out. If Cal wins? Who knows

I believe Stanford has to win. UCLA might have to win too. If they lose it’s going to be tough for them to get in.

Re: 2021 Season

Based on UCLA picks in recent years, the coaches pick their own players. I don’t know this, but it seems pretty obvious.

Oh yes. I enjoyed said star players father trying to justify it on this very board. I miss him.

Re: Where in the World is Jovan?

I’m not saying they shouldn’t be punished. Just pointing out the fact that they haven’t been punished and it doesn’t look like their are going to be punished. And there’s certainly a lot of schools/coaches that got away with this scam for a long time and none of them will ever be punished…and thats...

Re: Where in the World is Jovan?

You can't compare USC to Yale and Georgetown. Facts are different. Those coaches were only enriching themselves. Vavic was enriching not just himself and his family but also (if I recall the facts correctly) enriching his program by funneling money to players/recruits (his kids), coaches and progra...
