Re: National League 2016

This doesn't answer your question, but most or maybe all of last years games are on youtube if you want to see last years games.

Re: National League 2016

Ok - my two young boys came home from practice talking about the fact we 'need' to go to these games per their coach. What is this league, what are the teams and whom is on the rosters? Can I buy tickets online or is this free through USAWP? I look forward to detailed information and appreciate you...

Re: Mock Draft of the Top Players of the NCAA Era

Team 1: 1. Tony Azevedo 14. Alex Rousseau (left handed utility). All time leading scorer at UCLA. At 6'5, can play any position and a valuable post up player. 2 time Olympian. 15. Doug Kimbell 6'9 2m defender. Long Beach State. 2 time Olympian and maybe the best 2m defender we've ever had. 28. Luca ...

Re: Mock Draft of the Top Players of the NCAA Era

Does everyone have a goalie but me? I was going to pick my goalie last, so any objections to picking my two field players with my next two picks and selecting my goalie with my last pick? Will speed this up.

Re: New Conference for 2016 season

I'm genuinely curious about the thoughts expressed here. If a kid wanted to go to Cal/Stanford/UCLA/USC due to the education, can someone explain how another school being in the same conference would convince him/her to go there? If a kid were considering going to one of the GCC schools, can someon...

The vote on the new realignment proposal is supposed to be on 1/27. We'll see what happens.

Re: New Conference for 2016 season

Well Pac-12 money comes with or without water polo on Pac-12! PAC-12 needs to cover time so they find whatever sports each pac-12 universities cover. So all of these mpsf games with non Pac-12 teams will likely go away. Before pac-12 network started we saw 0 TV collegiate games. This past year we h...

Re: New Conference for 2016 season

As long as the big 4 are allowed to have significantly larger rosters than the other schools they will have a significant advantage in tournament play due to superior depth. The Pac-12 TV money enables these larger rosters and is not available to non Pac-12 schools. One only has to look at Pacifics...

I thought OLu was a two man show? Now it's a one man show?

Re: NCAA - stiffer penalities for minor acts of misconduct?

I was confused by this as well. I don't think it means regular ejections. If it does, would be bad for the game imo. Perhaps one of the refs can chime in? Or post this on the ref page.

Re: Playing players and teams down

This happens in basketball all the time. My theory is, the schools that have smaller/weaker programs (no JV) and weaker varsity teams, tend to move their stronger players down. Playing time is probably the main reason, but I think the coaches also do it to give the kids a taste of winning if the var...

Re: Stay or Go

What will his body type be when he is college age? Sounds like a stupid question but in water polo it matters if he wants to play beyond high school. If he is above 6 foot 5 keep him in polo even if he is terrible as he will have coaches putting him in the game no matter how bad he is and give him ...
