Slightly off topic. old dog: The NCAA has nothing to do with the BCS or the bowl system in general. The NCAA does not sit on any BCS committee or bowl board. The NCAA does control D1-playoff division (formerly D1-A), DII, etc. But does not have any say in post-season games for the D1-Bowl Division. ...
