I swum competitive for approx. 9 years before switching sports.
Up to now I have been sporting non stop, with a little decline now as I became a dad recently.
I would like to start with this sport on a amateur level, but for the upcoming season there are no spots left in the club close to me.
Therefor I would like to benefit of this forum and ask for some exercices that would help me to get back in shape.
Due to other priorities I can only spent 1 hour per week in the pool now ( 2km swim)
