I'm Thomas, I did competitive swimming for over 8 years as a youngster.
Afterwards I changed to basketball, rugby, Gaelic Footie and running.
Nowadays I try to spend at least 1 hour per week in the pool. Becoming an adult and recent daddy have left their marks and my priorities have changed.
I'm keen on picking up this sport and to learn. I only played occasionally a game of waterpolo and enjoyed every moment of it.
Soon my company will move and we will hire temporary some office very close to the pool where my local town has its waterpolo club.
unfortunately, due to very high demands I have been placed on a waiting list, but that doesn't mean I can't prepare for next season.
Which exercises would you recommend for a newbie to improve his physique. Now I swim approx 2 km in 1 hour. I try to run 40 km per week and I eat healthy.
