Will there be a Futures League for 2023? Website does not say anything at the moment.

Our club already gave us the So Cal Futures 14u dates through May 2023 so I am thinking yes, they are just slow to update the website.

Del Mar was the only 16u team to go undefeated this past weekend with a big win over LA Premier. SOCAL, LA Premier, and La Jolla went 3-1. Will be interesting to see how the rest of the season unfolds, but looks like a very competitive group.

Does anyone have results sheets for the Futures League for NorCal and SoCal? It’s awesome they are live streaming and doing most all games on the 6/8 game desk but it sure would be nice to find all the results somewhere as well. Can we get standings and scoring leaders as well? I know its a lot to ask, but these are things that a fan would want to be able to follow the sport!

Thanks, I kept checking the 2023 link — this league is doing things right in so many ways it’s very exciting for the sport to have standings and results that can be followed!

Are you in SoCal or NorCal? - because I hear this last weekend in NorCal had no referees.

I attended 2 18u games at Miramonte. The first game had 2 refs and the second game had 1.

I heard that at least some 14u boys games at Norcal Futures League had no referees on Jan 29th, i.e. coaches had to take a whistle.

I can only speak for the 12U at Accalanes HS. You are correct. A coach from the previous game was required to Referee the game after. Parents ran the table, 1 from each team.

This is not as bad as a coach being asked/required to referee a game and coach it at the same time- I am afraid that what took place at Tamalpais HS.

Is it correct to assume that the girl’s finals are being played in the East Bay? Just trying to pick a hotel.
